It was even a better received than my pancakes.
1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 pears chopped finely
2 tbsp hazelnut chocolate paste
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tspn baking powder
1) In a bowl mix all the ingredients. No need to worry about the order or sequence.
2) Beat very well. It is good idea to beat the eggs seperately for a lighter muffin.
3) Grease your muffin tray and drop a spoonful of the mixture.
4) Tip it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
Ready to eat.
The pear and chocolate combination is to die for.
