I suppose on one such day PJ managed to create this dish with the basic ingredients available in any pantry. I am recreating this for her to remind that you could easily satisfy a pizza eating experience at home without having to eat out or going through the laborious tasks of making a real one, the next time you hit such a craving.
Considering the lovely phase you are in, I am sure you often get such cravings.

Ingredients (for 2 -3 servings)
Bread slices – 6
Capsicum – 1 medium finely chopped
Tomato – 2 medium finely chopped
Onion – 1 medium finely chopped
Garlic – few minced pieces (My addition)
Mixed Herbs – 1 tspn (My addition- I added a sachet of oregano mix from domino’s pizza).
Cheese Slices – 3
Tomato sauce – 4 tspn
salt to taste
black pepper powder to taste
1) Mix the onion, tomato, capsicum, minced garlic, herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2) Apply some tomato sauce on the slices (butter the slices if they are fresh to avoid making them soggy).
3)Put the vegetable mixture and place a cheese slice on top.
4)Cover with another bread slice and grill in a microwave or on a griddle.
I served this with spinach, corn salad made in the same dressing – ketchup + oregano mix.
