Anjeer Fig Icecream Eggless

When I successfully made the icecream at home I was tempted to make more. But with the onset of winter there were not many takers in the family of 2.5 for icecream although 0.5 always said he is ok with the idea but his perennial sneezing and coughing put off the project. Then mom came to rescue, she said who says icecreams are not good, make one using the winter fruits (non citric). Remember to drink a glass of warm water or milk + turmeric after that, you should be fine.

So here I am with another icecream recipe

Ingredients (for about 300 ml)
2 Fresh figs
1/ 2 cup fresh cream
1 tspn honey
1 tbsp roasted walnuts/ almonds
½ cup icing sugar
2-3 chopped dried figs
Method
1) Using a whisk or electric beater, mix the cream , sugar and honey till it becomes stiff.
2) Skin and puree the figs
3)Mix the figs puree, broken walnuts and the cream mixture and mix well
4) Keep it in freezer for 1 hour or until it is partially set.
5) Beat it again using a fork.
6)Keep in freezer for 2-3 hours, beating it every 30 min.
7) Freeze it until serving
8) Serve with chopped dried figs
