Gul Poli/ Sweet Jaggery stuffed flat bread

So you have guessed it right, this was the sankrant menu. When little one asked , aren’t you making til gul laddoos? , I had to push myself to come up with something that he could associate with the festival. So I said, I will take care of your tiny teeth by making til poli instead of laddoos..He was eagerly waiting for this one to be done..
The outcome was appreciated with two words – “its awesome”..i was done with the celebrations.
Personally they wer not at all close to what mom or MIL make but for first timer, they were not bad at all.
