This is similar to the raita except for the addition of dry mint. The flavor is awesome.

2 cups thick yogurt
1 tspn dill finely chopped
1 tspn crushed garlic
1 tspn Olive oil
1 tspn dry mint
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle mint on top.

  1. I like any salad / raita made with cucumbers. Addition of dry mint must have given it a unique flavor.

  2. There are so many variations of this dip! Must have gone well with the rest of the meal.

  3. Made this sometime back and loved it. Dried mint is a nice addtion na!
